Annmarie Fairweather is an experienced Human Resources Leader with over 30 years of experience. She has worked with leaders in different industries to improve the business results, especially in times of rapid growth. Annmarie was a consultant in transforming corporate and people strategies into strategic goals as well as enterprise-wide goals through performance and organizational management, employee involvement, and change. Awed by leadership, she sees the development of teams and their learning crucial to maintaining competitive advantage. The experience she has gained working with Fortune 500, small companies as well as mid-sized companies has enabled in creating cultures of innovation and learning that positively impact teams and individuals. Annmarie, who has a commitment to assisting Learning Ally in its mission as well, is also able to devote her time in providing assistance to different non-profit organizations. These include being an participant in the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee a group committed to helping women grow as leaders providing training for the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional member association located in North America with the specific goal of providing training, in networking and advocacy specifically targeted at healthcare hospitality houses and supporting Shatterproof an organization that is a non-profit national committed to ending addiction in the United States in educating communities to support those who are affected by the illness of addiction.
