April Bowlby

April Bowlby, an American model and actress. She's played Kandi on the CBS comedy Two and a Half Men, Stacy Barrett in Drop Dead Diva as well as Rita Farr in Titans and Doom Patrol. April Michelle Bowlby is an American actress best recognized for her role as Stacy Barrett in the American Legal Comedy drama/fantasy television series Drop Dead Diva and Kandi on the comedy series Two and a Half Men. The model began her career in modeling and later moved into films and television. On CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, her first TV appearance was in a scene as a background extra. Soon after, she was able to land the breakthrough role as Kandi on Two and a Half Men. Bowlby has gained worldwide recognition for her role as Stacy Barrett, in the popular television series Drop Dead Diva. Bowlby played Rita Farr/Elastigirl. She was a frequent character in the American show Titans. She will reprise her role as a spin-off of the Doom Patrol television series. Bowlby has also been seen on TV in movies like Sands of Oblivion, The Wrong Daughter and Sands of Oblivion 2. After her roles on screen in The Slammin Salmon (which was her debut film), and From Prada, to Nada she debuted in the big screen with All Roads Lead Home. April Michelle Bowlby has been an American actor for over an entire decade. Her most well-known role is for her role as a regular on the CBS show Two and a Half Men. Bowlby was born in Manteca California in her early years and attended East Union High School. She studied ballet as well as French at Moorpark College before deciding to pursue an acting career. While studying drama with Ivana Chubb, she got a leading role (Kandi on Two and a Half Men), within months of making her Hollywood debut. Bowlby is known for her appearances on various TV series, such as CSI (as Kaitlin in 2004), CSI: NY (as Jenny Lee in 2006), Freddie: Sydney in 2005, The Stacked Show: Jasmine 2007 and How I Met Your Mother: Meg in 2007. Bowlby has recently played the role of Natasha (a 12-year-old girl) in the film All Roads Lead Home. The film is about a tragic accident that causes her to loss her mother. Bowlby will be starring as Mia the main character in The Slammin Salmon (2008). The actress lives in Los Angeles. She has red natural hair with blue-green eyes. The couple isn't married and has no children.
